When designing new jerseys or apparel, you want to make sure they turn out exactly as you imagine them.

JOG makes sure this happens by outlining every detail of your jersey or apparel on our comprehensive design sheet.

On this design sheet, you will find everything from the colors and jersey design, to the logo style and dimensions.

With the help of your sales representative, you can review the jersey design itself, embellishments section, and all of the right-hand columns to make sure everything looks correct.

Order Form

Now that your designs are done, you can get the order form filled out and ready to submit for production!

In the order form, you will add all of the specific details about each piece, including your player names, sizes and numbers.

Other information that would also go on the order form is the date of when you need everything by, your shipping and billing information, as well as any additional products such as, extra name bars or captains letters.
